The Wilde Kitchen is all about authenticity.....During your visit you will learn how the French 'live' the entire food expereince on a daily basis. You will prepare, with Sinad, your Irishborn hostess, a typically French meal, and dine with her bilingual family. Emphasis is on all things local and in season produce. The most celebrated of Norman dishes are always on the menu!

Noncooking guests are, of course, welcome to join us at mealtimes!

Otherwise, should you be passing through Normandy and don't have time or the energy(!) for a cookery class, you can now join us at our french table as we also offer bed and breakfast accomodation with evening meals on request aswell as selfcatering vacations in our 'Olde Hay Loft'.
