Tropical Adventures iis a nonprofit volunteer and voluntour organisation placing volunteers in community, teaching, indigenous, wildlife and animal rehabilitation projects across Costa Rica.


Tropical Adventures provides volunteer and voluntour packages for individuals, families and groups interested in exploring the culture, language and natural beauty of Costa Rica (and now Panama and Nicaragua).

Our tours revolve around local volunteer projects, which offer the adventure of a lifetime for those willing to share their love, skills and time with those less fortunate.

The majority of our guests choose to live with a local family, volunteer in a local community, take Spanish lessons and partake in many adventure tours in an attempt to see Costa Rica in a whole new way.

We work mainly by supporting local, nonprofit organizations with volunteer help. In addition to volunteer labor and the gift of our time, we work with these volunteers to provide gifts of materials, supplies, (and in some cases cash) where needed.

Physical Requirements for eco tour
These trips do require an average degree of physical fitness. All activities are optional. all partisipants should be aware that the heat and humidity may be very high and roads may be bumpy.
