friendliest in Hanoi
Not only was this hotel the cleanest, convenient and friendliest in Hanoi, the staff were more than helpful with arranging an excellent selection of tours to Sapa, Halong Bay and Hoi An. This hotel made the busiest city, the easiest city to get around.
The tours that were arranged were extremely affordable (more affordable than 'making your own way there') and all of our guides were local.
This family run business is highly recommended. You will love it. We had the best time!

We booked online to get a free aiport pick up to avoid the taxi/minibus scrum at the airport. This was our first hotel in vietnam and it all went very smoothly with the owner keen to arrange the rest of your trip for you...!

Queen Hotel in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarters provide comfort and ease in the midst of bustling capitol of Vietnam. We enjoy the stay, the hospitality and the human side of this hotel as well as the city. The trip to Halong Bay is a MUST. Coffee is splendid!!

Great Place. Made to feel very welcome and have helped as out with loads of things. They organised a great Ha Long Bay tour for us too. Highly Recommended!

Our time in Vietnam was great, made even better by the attention we received from David and Rose at the Hanoi Queen. They helped us book the Halong bay tour, flights to Hoi An, and airport pickups. They couldn't have been more helpful. Will definetly recommend to friends

All the staff are really very friendly and helpful. As we arrived at Hanoi airport quite late at night the airport pickup was very convenient. The tour to Ha Long Bay and Perfume Pagoda that they arranged for us were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is indeed worth for your money!
