5 Excellent Service all round
I wanted to say - and you're welcome to use this on any publicity if it's helpful - that you made the whole thing an extraordinary experience. You couldn't have been kinder or more patient about my first panic attacks, you couldn't have looked after our son any better - so we could concentrate on learning, and even mum had a great time sitting and watching. You were great teachers, made us feel safe at all times, and were also fantastically good company. As for the squid - don't think I've seen anything as strangely beautiful ever.
