Baan Kiri,a newly built small cottage, is located right in the heart of Chiangmai surrounded by natural environment. The advantages of our project is peace because of its location where it’s just 5 minutes away from the bustle of city life and embraced by scenic view. The utmost atmospheres are all including of Doi Suthep, the landmark of Chiangmai, where it’s awaited for your stay to enjoy the sight while sipping your morning coffee and the natural waterfalls which is just 300 meters distance from the cottage. In addition, the beauty of local cultures and community is a neighbourhood.

With the limited of 5 spacious houses (twin traditional house), our project is offering you peaceful, privacy and friendliness likely you’re staying in your own house. Our architecture is a simply unique design and they are all mostly made of natural materials hence, you’re enjoyable the natural touch as a part of nature, seamlessly.


More importantly, you can relax and spend your valuable vacations at your own private or favorite corner in Baan Kiri such as having coffee in the garden, reading books at the veranda or chilling out at the pavilion. Directions

If you arrive by Airplane please go to the Airport Taxi Counter and ask for a cab to 'Baan kiri' Soi Wat Chang Kian on Hauykeaw Road. The cost is 170 baht, and the ride usually takes 15 minutes.

If you arrive by bus or train Please ask the tuktuk (taxi) to go to 'Baan kiri' Soi Wat Chang Kian on Hauykeaw Road. the cost is 150-170 baht. The ride should be no more than 20-25 minutes.
