Welcome to our new and comfortable apartments in Seville’s top locations, like the Triana neighbourhood, the Santa Cruz area, the centre, only a stones throw away from all monuments like the world famous cathedral, the Giralda, the bull fight ring, the Archivo de Indias with all the documentation of Columbus’ travels, the Alcazar Gardens and much more.

You will live just like the Sevillians do, surrounded by little inviting bars, fancy shops next to the family shop run for many generations and historic monuments.

All apartments are equipped with new kitchens providing everything you need for preparing your meals, comfy living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. Recently reformed and newly decorated with quality materials and style in mind, you will feel just like at home. Every apartment has TV, Hi-fi equipment, air-conditioning and heating, washing machine and much more. Initial and final cleaning, sheets, towels, water and electricity expenses are of cause included in the price.

Additionally to renting an apartment you can take advantage of our other free services like: reservations for Flamenco shows, Arab baths, tour buses, boat rides or rides in carriage; organization of guided tours for sightseeing or nightly strolls to the best tapas bars and free flamenco shows. Even if you feel like taking some dancing lessons to get the real Seville experience or learn to cook like the Andalusians, we get that sorted out for you.

If you don´t want to waste your holiday time in looking for the next supermarket and doing food shopping, just ask for our 'full fridge service' and your fridge will be filled with the requested items upon arrival.

Deluxe 4 Bed Apartment Ensuite:
Terrific duplex apartment in Marques de Paradas Street close to all monuments, fully equipped for up tp 4 persons, with double bed room, bathroom, double bed couch in living room, new kitchen and big terrace with furniture, AC, heating, TV, Hi-Fi, all linens and towels included, recently reformed and newly decorated.

Charming apartment in Santa Cruz area, in Conde de Ibarra Street, 5 min. from Cathedral with fully equipped kitchen & dining area, double bed room, bed room (2 indiv. beds), spacious bathroom & living room with double bed couch. TV, AC, heating, Hi-Fi, towels, sheets...

8 Bed Apartment Ensuite:
Spacious duplex apartment, equipped for up to 8 persons, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood in Santiago Street. 1 double bed room,2 individ. beds & 2 double bed couches, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with eating area.

Directions

Below are walking directions to our hostel from all arrival locations. We are located at #5 Calle Augusto Plasencia in the old historic city centre of Seville. This big city centre is full of small and curved one way streets that make public transportation very difficult. We suggest you take a taxi and ask them to take you to Iglesia San Isidoro. When you arrive at the church you should easily see our street. Only a few steps into Augusto Plasencia the street narrows. At this narrowing is where our hostel is located. Look for the white building sticking out of the street with the yellow trim. There is a small tile of a crown above the big wodden doors. On the doors you will see our sign.

If you choose to walk the instructions below or follow your own and at anytime get lost, ask people for Iglesia San Isidoro and find our street at it´s corner or ask for Cuesta Rosario which is the street that turns into Augusto Plasencia (our street).

(note there are 2 bus stations in Sevilla. KNOW WHICH ONE YOU ARRIVE AT):

From bus-station PRADO DE SAN SEBASTIAN

Upon exiting the from the main doors, the main road to the left is Av de Carlos V. From Av de Carlos V, take the Metrocentro tram to Plaza Nueva (it is the last stop). If you wish to walk 10-15 minutes instead of taking the tram you can just walk along the tram line and arrive at Plaza Nueva by foot. From Plaza Nueva, walk behind the big city hall (Ayuntamiento) to Plaza San Francisco. From Plaza San Fancisco walk up 'Francisco Bruna' Street (which is on the opposite side of Banco de España, between the ABC newstand and a big red building). Follow Francisco Bruna as it winds into the Plaza del Salvador. From here, the street name becomes 'Villegas'. Continue up Villegas (keeping the big red faced church on your left) for a few short blocks until it becomes 'Augusto Plasencia'. Countinuing straight, only a few steps into Augusto Plasencia the street narrows. At this narrowing is where our hostel is located. Look for the white building sticking out of the street with the yellow trim. There is a small tile of a crown above the big wodden doors. On the doors you will see our sign.

From AEROPUERTO SAN PABLO:

Get on the airbus to Prado de San Sebastian (Sevilla), Once you arrive there follow the instructions listed above from PRADO DE SAN SEBASTIAN to arrive at our hostel.

From AEROPUERTO DE JEREZ:

Take the airbus to Seville (It will take more or less 45min.), get off in Prado San Sebastian’s bus station. Once you arrive there follow the instructions listed above from PRADO DE SAN SEBASTIAN to arrive at our hostel.
