Hotel Usadba

Hotel “Usadba” is located in picturesque and ecological place – Michalkovsky estate near Golovinsky ponds. It was built at the end of the 18th Century and is considered as a historical heritage.

Hotel is located near by the city centre and on the way to Moscow main street – Tverskaya (convenient transport connection). You can easily reach all Moscow highlights, including night clubs, bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinemas, museums and theatres. We are located close by underground station “Vodny Stadion”, that is a straight line to the international airports “Sheremetievo” and “Domodedovo” and to the main vail road stations.

Our Hotel accommodates a three-floored brick building. We offer you an inexpensive stay in clear, comfortable and modern renovated rooms to 2-8 persons. Our attentive and polite personal will be at service 24 hours a day. Rooms are cleaned every day. Two rooms share 1 WC. Our Hotel has a catering room where you can order your meal and communicate with our other guests.

Directions

From the center of Moscow:
1. Take the Metro to Vodniy Stadion Metro station/ Водный стадион (green line).
2. Exit the Metro (you should choose the exit to the side the first metro car from the center is going).
3. Take the bas №123 or you can take minibus taxi №123М (usually it is yellow or white colored) to the bus station named Depo Lihobory/ Депо Лихоборы (fifth bus station or you can ask the driver to stop on the station).
4. Cross the road and you will see the main front entrance to the manor called «Mihalkovo» (two red turrets and gates).
5. Enter the territory of the manor and take left; hostel is situated on the left corner (look at the diagonal). The building is numbered 38/3.
