Orchard view cottage is over 180 years old and is positioned in a row of cottages. The cottage was built by the Duke of Manchester for his workers, where linen was weaved in the cottage.
The property built in 1849 as a former linen weavers cottage provides comfortable accommodation with beautiful panoramic views all round.
The guesthouse provides large bedrooms with 1 double 1 twin and 1 small single, comfortably furnished with pleaseant outlook all with shared bathrooms with either a shower or roll top bath,. Also provided is a sitting room for guests and use of the 1.5 acre garden to relax and enjoy the landscaped gardens and mountain views.

Directions
From Belfast Port or city airport by car: Take the M1 westlink in Belfast then exit at junction 7 onto the A1 signposted Banbridge/Newry. Conitune along the A1 and exit at the sign for Banbridge. In Banbridge town centre follow the signs for b10 Sacarva. Once in scarva turn right at the pub goinn over a canal and railway bridge and you will see a row of cottages we are situated in the middle of this row.
From Belfast International Airport by car: Take the A26 towards Moira at the motorway island take the road for Moira A3 go through Moira and at Lurgan take the B3 signposted Gilford at Gilford continue along the B3 until you reach Scarva village.
From Dublin port and airport by car: Take the M1 towards Newry. At Newry continue on the bypass (A1) until you come to 5 ways island take the A27 towrds Portadown passing through Jerrettspass and Poyntzpass until you reach Scarva.
By bus from Belfast city and International airport: take the appropiate bus into Belfast Europa bus station and from Europa catch any bus calling at Banbridge. At Banbridge catch the bus or take a short 10 minute taxi ride to Scarva.For up to date timetables check www.translink.co.uk
