La Mattanza

The residence La Mattanza, a complex of holiday houses located in a historic building recently renovated and re-adjusted, is located in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, a short walk from the port, the shuttle bus stop from / to airport and major monuments of the city.

The residence has apartments with different sizes and features to satisfy various needs. The bi-rooms, called 'Paranza' (named after a particular type of fish), can accommodate up to four people, thanks to a large double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The three-rooms, called Nasse (named after a traditional fishing technique) have two bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people. Finally, in the highest floors of the residence, there is the attic (up to 4 people) and the super attic (up to 3 people), known as 'Rais' (the word of Arabic origin used to designate the 'responsible' for tuna fishing ), with both high comfort level as the fireplace, the roof beams, terrace with panoramic veranda

Directions

In historic building recently renovated palace in the heart of Trapani. The area is the most attractive in the province of Trapani, made up of many palaces from the XVI and XVII century, churches and historical buildings from different periods.

There are many beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, monuments, restaurants, pizzerias, near the main transport links accessible by short walks within this very quiet and elegant area. Beautiful sandy beach 150m.

By car from the airport to Trapani:

- Take the direction for SP/21 (road Trapani-Marsala);
- Go straight up to the entrance of A/29dir and take in the direction of Trapani
- After about 6 km turn right onto the exit for Marsala (location Fontanasalsa) and the junction follow the signs to Trapani
- Go about 10 km through the town of Paceco and the fraction of Xitta
- Arrived in Trapani go straight to Via Marsala to the intersection (traffic light) with Via GB Fardella
- Turn left onto the road G.B. Fardella and continue straight for just over a kilometer
- Continue straight over Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, then at the traffic lights turn left onto via Spalti
- Continue straight for about 500 meters until you cross via Ammiraglio Staiti.
- Turn right and continue straight for about 350m, then turn right into Via Carrara
- Continue straight until you pass the intersection with Corso Italia. The entrance of the residence is located in Via Aperta, a parallel to Corso Italia.

By car from Palermo airport and Palermo city:

- From Palermo or Palermo airport take A29 Mazara / direction Trapani Trapani.
- Continue for about 90 km onto A29 junction Trapani
- At Trapani, take the second exit for 'Street Villa Rosina (direction PORT).
- About 100 meters after the traffic light (intersection with Via Salemi) turn left onto the SS115.
- Continue straight for about 250 meters and turn right onto via Marsala
- Go straight to Via Marsala to the intersection (traffic light) with Via GB Fardella
- Turn left onto the road G.B. Fardella and continue straight for just over a kilometer
