One Room

We are located in the city centre, in a five minute walking distance from central train station, taxi stand, bus stop for all directions, 10 min. from historical area, fair district and shopping area. The airport is 3 km. far away.

One Room is a real family-run home, not a hotel, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We offer a few double rooms, silent and confortable, with private bathroom, scrupulously cleaned every day. Hairdryer, towels and toiletries are available.

Our guests can taste a typical home-made Bolognese breakfast buffet with traditional products in a relaxing living-room where they can also watch TV, listen to music or read. Upon request, breakfast for coeliac guests or with particular needs are prepared.

Check out: within 10.30am
Please, advise about arrival time. Guests will receive the keys on arrival.
Payment: cash on arrival

Cancellation: one night penalty in the event of a failure of the customers to arrive.

Smoking: allowed only on the balcony.

Directions

From Marconi airport (3 km.): shuttle bus to central train station or taxi.
From central station (5 min.walking distance): leave the station, turn left, walk up to the bridge over the railway, cross the bridge, go straight on up to the 5th street on the left (Francesco Albani Street), turn right into Antonio Di Vincenzo Street, the first door on your right, ring Nicoletta Bacillieri.
From motorway: exit no. 6, towards city centre.
