Samaina Maisonettes

Built in 1992, the complex contains 24 maisonettes with one bedroom for two or four occupants and 3 with two bedrooms accommodating four to six people.
They are modern, comfortably furnished with a small kitchen, fridge, two-burner stove, living-room and WC on the ground floor and full bath and bedrooms on the upper floor.
All the maisonettes have piped-in music, telephone, a safe, air-conditioning (only July / August ) and balconies.

The complex also has a separate reception area and TV room.
The guests can use all the facilities of the Hotel Samaina Inn.
The settlement of Karlovassi is the second largest town of Samos with a population of about 5500 inhabitants. It is situated on the north-west part of the island. The town is divided into the Old and the New Karlovassi. Beautiful mansions and impressive churches embellish the town and testify about the glorious and wealthy past of the island.
Deserted tanneries still stand today, reminiscent of a time when commerce and trade flourished which brought wealth to the inhabitants of Karlovassi. This town is also where the first newspaper of Samos was published.

Directions

On leaving Samos Airport head west 10.5 km and the slightly turn left at Pyrgou-Choras. After 3.8 km continue on Karlovasou-Pyrgou next 20 km (all the way to the sea). Turn left and after approximately 1 km you will get to the hotel.
