Sokraki Villas

For the visitor of Corfu, that searches on his holidays not only the sun and the sea, but also the opportunity to relax into a quiet environment next to the nature and the simple village people, who are still close to the earth and tradition. For the ones who want to experience the tradition of the Greek countryside, the local hospitality and the authentic behavior. We have created for all of you, with love and care a shelter for an escape from every day life. The block consists of two villas, named Kirki and Nostalgia. The total surface of each villa is 80 m2 and is placed over three different levels. The entrance leads us to the first floor where is situated the living-room with fire place and the kitchen with dining-place. The interior marble stairs leads us to the other levels of the villa. At the semi-floor we find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single beds. At the top floor is a romantic bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom. All rooms and the living-room have a balcony with panoramic view over the sea, Mountain and the city of Corfu.


Villas dispose: fully equipped kitchen with, fridge, kitchen-stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, Hair dryer, ironing supply, central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, TV in all rooms and leaving room, DVD, CD player, free wireless internet. Cradle is available upon request. All rooms got balconies with a wonderful view. House is being cleaned twice a week.
At one of the exterior spaces we find the swimming pool – Waterfall with a free view to the sea while swimming. Around the pool are the sun beds with umbrellas, arm-chairs and tables, so you can enjoy the sun and your drinks while watching the sea and the city. Under the swimming pool is the tavern with a capacity of 40 persons indoors and 60 persons outdoors. At a warm and beautiful decorated place you ca enjoy your breakfast, coffee and the local specialties.
Due to the nature, the incredible view and the contribution the two villas got, the guests gain all year a high standard residence, suitable for families, romantic holidays or even for relax and revival.

You have up to 3 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation without charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge.

Directions

From International Airport in Corfu go east toward Fygareto and after 0.3 km turn left at Fygareto. After 0.2 km Fygareto turns slightly left and becomes Palaiopolis. Continue on 0.3 km, then 0.1km on Scherias and 0.3 km on Emmanouil Theotoki. Turn right to stay on Emmanouil Theotoki and after 0.2 km continue on Leoforos Dimokratias for 1.2 km. Turn left at Plateia Ntougkla and after 50 m continue on Leoforos Alexandras for 0.5 km. Slight left at P. Konstanta for 0.3 km and continue on I. Andreadi for 0.3 km. Slight left at Ethniki Odos Palaiokastritsis for 12.4 km and after that turn right at Limnis-Troumpetas. Continue on straight next 2 km, then turn right and after 1.3 km turn left. After approximately 5 km destination will be on the right.
