House Near The Sandy Beach

Apartments are in Nin, family Peric. Apartments have two bedrooms, 5-beds. Each apartment has kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room, its own terrace and parking place. There is a barbecue in the garden with additional table next to it, space around the house where children can play. The price for an apartment is 60€ per day during high-season (July and August)or less for the rest of the year.

The beach is a long sandy peninsula. The place is ideal for families with children or for the older people. It is large enough that you will find a peaceful place for yourself even during the most crowded summer days.

The sea is very shallow. At one part of the beach you can find medicinal mud (peloid) it is often used for relieving rheumatic pain and other joint problems.


The house is less then 50m away from the sea. We are situated in the weekend complex Zdrijac which is 5 minutes walk from small but historical town NIN where you can find post office, bank, small market and fish market, some shops..
Nin is 15 minutes driving from Zadar (nearest larger town), with lots of sights and beautiful downtown.

But if You wish for some noise and fun there is Tourist Center Zaton (5 min by car) with its entertainment program (Disco-bar Saturnus, open air live music and dance, horse riding, diving..)

From here you can easily visit: National Park Kornati where you can go on a one–day trip by boat. There is also National Park Paklenica, National Park Krka or the most beautiful NP Plitvice (less then 2h by car):)

Here is a little but helpful tip about spending a holiday in Nin:
In our area there are usually no snakes, jelly fishes, there are no sharks... but we have small mosquitoes that make annoying sound (zzzz) and their bites can itch, especially first bites until you get used. So be prepared, take some repellents for the nights and night walks.

Directions

Here are some tips how to get to our place:
Take the highway to Zadar, you exit the highway to Zadar 1 (exit Zadar 1 to Nin, Smilcic) and
follow directions for Nin (on a way you will pass through Poličnik, in Murvica you will turn right, then you will pass Brisevo, Zerava and Ninski stanovi it is about 20 min after you exit highway).
When you are in Nin follow directions for Vrsi.
You have to exit Nin, pass near the sea salt factory and than on a way to Vrsi (but you are not going all the way to Vrsi) you will GO LEFT where is the indication for ZDRIJAC and AUTOCAMP DISPET. There you go left and drive along the sea cost about 800 m. You come to the beach practically and than you will see the sign for ULICA HRVATSKIH GRADOVA (It is a name of the street) and PRIMORSKA, there turn right. You can enter both streets because, you can enter to our house from both sides. Those are first two streets of ZDRIJAC. Our adress is PRIMORSKA 6. It is the 3rd house from the sea. You will know how it looks from the photos.
