We kindly ask you to specify in your reservation the hour of your arrival in Sofia. The time for Check-in is between 14.00 o’clock and 20.00 o’clock on the day of accommodation. A fee of 10 euro is applicable for late check-ins after 20.00 o’clock.

The time for Check-out on the day of departure is 11.00 o’clock local time. In case of check-out after 11.00 o’clock on the day of departure, a forfeit for each hour of delay is to be paid.

Cleaning and change of towels and linen in the rented apartment is done once a week. Upon client’s request, additional cleaning can be organized a few times for a fee of 30 BGN per visit.

Transfers from and to Sofia Airport are organized for our guests for up to 3 people, as the client should have requested this service in advance. The fee is paid additionally, unless it is included in the rental price. It is calculated according to number of guests that have arrived.
