Hostel & Guest House SA is located in the old part of town. No one leave the house without falling in love with the view from the Common Room – The National Library and the Old Town. It is located in a small communal town but at the same time, it is very close to all the main tourist sites that you want to see.

If you decide not to use the free pick-up service, then these are the instructions to get to Hostel & Guest House SA.

FROM SARAJEVO BUS/RAILWAY STATION

To get to our Hostel from the Bus/Railway station you can take a tram No. 1. The tram station is located in front of Railway/Bus station. The price of the ticket is 1.8KM per person (0.8Euro). KEEP AN EYE FOR CONTROLERS IT'S PLENTY OF THEM.We are located around 4km from the Main Bus/Railway station. You should get off on a tram stop named Vijecnica, that is the seventh station from the railway/bus station. Once you get off from this stop, you should be able to see the National Library building on your left. Continue along this street by foot to the next bridge. Cross this bridge, when you cross the bridge you should see a small park go straight through him, then first left onto Avdage Šahinagića street. Walk to the end of this street and you will see old stairs with a BIG SIGN SA in the beginning, just start walking on them. While walking along this stairs, FOLLOW THE DIRECTION SIGNS!!!! Than if you look up, you should be able to see an orange house at the end of stairs at the right side. We are located exactly in that orange house.
You can also use the taxi transfer from the Railway/Bus station. Max cost should be 5 Euros (Make sure you get a receipt to avoid getting ripped off). Just give the taxi driver the adress and tell him that it's close to the STAIRS to the old cable car for the mountain view (Žičara). Ask for Yasmin when you are in the area.


FROM THE BUS STATION East Sarajevo (Istočno Sarajevo, Republic of Srpska)

This bus station is located approximately 12 km from our hostel.
You can take a taxi for the price of 10 Euros.
Alternatively, you can walk for 300 meters to a local bus stop (to the DOBRINJA quarter) to get to the trolleybus station and buy a ticket for 1.8KM per person. With trolleybus no.103, you will go till the last stop on TRG AUSTRIJE. Once you get off the trolleybus at TRG AUSTRIJE, look for a small tunnel/arch. This is the beginning of Franjevacka street. Walk along this street until you've reach the end of this street with a few streets going off. From here, you will be able to see some stairs to your right. Follow these stairs up and you will see signs of our hostel to your right.


FROM THE SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The airport is located aprroximately 12km from our hostel. Taxi is the most commonly used to get to our hostel from the airport. It should cost no more than 10Euros (20KM) one way.
Another way is to get catch the local bus and tram to get to our hostel, but this is a tedious process. Please just call us for free pick up from airport to save you money and possibly stay an extra night with this saving.
