It is surrounded by mountains, offering solitude for our guests as well as the loons and wildlife that can be found on the Pond and nearby. Wilson Pond is located only 3 1/2 miles from downtown Greenville, the center of all attractions in our area. Vacation Rental Property
Wilson Pond Camps is situated on 682 feet of lake frontage on Lower Wilson Pond. All of the cottages have their own docks, picnic tables, BBQ grills and Adirondack chairs. Most have screened in porches to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Pond. The cottages are totally equipped to do your own cooking, and have hot and cold "drinkable' well water. They are finished off in tongue-n-groove knotty pine and meticulously well kept. They offer two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a combined kitchen, living room area. Most offer wood stoves and automatic heat. Wood is supplied.
We also offer a remote cottage setting on Upper Wilson Pond. This cottage sits on a point of land, on the east shore, offering total privacy. Because it is in a remote area, it is supplied with gas lights, gas refrigerator and cook-top stove. It truly is "a little piece of heaven!"

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
Most of the cottages have two bedrooms, each with a full/double size bed and a single, bunk-style bed above it. Most will sleep up to 6 people comfortably, except for our two larger cottages which will house more. All of the cottages have one bathroom that has a shower stall only....no tubs.

From Bangor International Airport: (1 1/2 hours driving time) Take Godfrey Blvd from the airport to Union St. Turn left onto Union St & go approx 1/4 mile. Turn right onto Griffin Rd & go approx 1 1/2 miles to Rte 15. Turn left onto Broadway/Rte 15. It is approx 42 miles to Guilford. In Guilford, take a sharp right at a 5-way intersection to stay on Rte 15. It is approx 26 miles to the flashing light in downtown Greenville.
From Bar Harbor: (2 1/2 - 3 hrs driving time) Take Rte 3 from Bar Harbor to Ellsworth. In Ellsworth, take Rte 1A to Bangor. In Bangor, take Rte 15/Broadway to Guilford. In Guilford, take a sharp right at a 5-way intersection to stay on Rte 15. It is approx 26 miles to the flashing light in downtown Greenville.
From Baxter State Park: (2 hours driving time) Take the Golden Rd west to Ripogenus Lake area. Then south to Greenville Rd. Greenville Rd takes you to Kokadjo. Take Lily Bay Rd south to the flashing light in Greenville. It is approx 18 miles from Kokadjo to Greenville.
From New Hampshire/Vermont: (1 1/4 hours driving time from Newport to Greenville) Take Rte 2 to Newport, Maine. In Newport, take Rte 7 to Dexter. In Dexter, take Rte 23 to Guilford. In Guilford, take a left to get on Rte 15 north to Greenville. Continue until you come to a 5-way intersection. Take a sharp right to stay on Rte 15. It is approx 26 miles to the flashing light in downtown Greenville.
From Quebec, Canada: Take Autoroute 73 South to St. Joseph-De-Beauc. Get on Prov. Hwy. 173 South to U.S. Border, then South on US 201 to Jackman, ME. Take Routes 15/6 to Rockwood and then Greenville.
From Kittery & Portsmouth: (4 hours driving time) From Kittery, take I-95 north to Newport exit 157. In Newport, take Rte 7 to Dexter. In Dexter, take Rte 23 to Guilford. In Guilford, take a left to get on Rte 15 north to Greenville. Continue until you come to a 5-way intersection. Take a sharp right to stay on Rte 15. It is approx 26 miles to the flashing light in downtown Greenville. In downtown Greenville there is a flashing yellow light, and just beyond it is a street, on the right hand side, called Pleasant St. There is a street sign. Once you are on Pleasant St, you need to stay on it for 3.5 miles completely. The paved road will actually turn into a dirt road about 2 miles in. Once you have traveled the 3.5 miles, you will see a small black and white sign ( on the passenger side of the road) that says WILSON POND CAMPS, and it tells you to turn left onto Wilson Pond Road--there is a street sign.If you miss the turn you will be approaching the Public boat launch area. If so then turn around and take your first right onto Wilson Pond Road. Go up that road just a short distance and you will see our sign at the top of the Driveway. Just drive on down, and the first building is our home/office. Come right in.
