Alaskan Star, we can go fast or we can go slow with our twin 550 hp diesels, equipped for any weather or seas, travel in comfort in the heated 17x15 foot salon with plenty of windows to see the sights or go up to the enclosed flybridge with seatting for 10 people. The aft cockpit with its 180 square foot of space offers plenty of room for 6 guest to fish, pull prawn and crab pots, or board Kayaks and our 15 foot sport boat. guest accomodations for 6 in three staterooms and two heads.

Destinations

Custom charter destinations available, start or end your charter in Juneau, Sitka, Hoonah, Ketchikan, Petersberg or Vancouver, Canada. Most popular charter is Juneau to Juneau around Admirality Island in 7 days and 6 nights.

Typical Day

Travel the normally calm waters of Stephen Passage while enjoying Humpback whales, Bald Eagles, Sea Lions, Doll Porpoise, Ice Bergs and maybe Killer Whales while traveling to a secluded anchorage where you will be able to enjoy fishing,prawing,crabbing, watching Brown Bears fishing for Salmon, Kayaking and exploring.

We welcome all who want to enjoy the Alaskan experance from seniors to familes with children, a great vacation that the whole family can enjoy, grandparents, mom and dad and the children.

Sleeping and meals

we offer two types of charters, the all inclusive which includes everything except your fishing lincense and alcahol or the captain only which leaves the cooking to the guest, which works well with kids or somone on a budget. go first class and let our cook prepare the Alaska favaoites or do it yourself

Restrictions

pets are not recomended but possable, all children under 13 are required to wear a life jacket anytime that they are outside, on the deck, shore boat or on the dock, parents failure to enforce the rule will terminate the charter, smoking is allowed on the aft deck or on foward deck as long as other guest are not bothered. Personal vidios and games for the kids are encouraged to bring, we have dvd and vhs players as well as front loading tv's for vidio games, illegal drugs are not permitted and will terminate the charter.

Rates & Availability

All Inclusive charters are $15,000.00 for two plus $1,000.00 for each additonal guest for 6 nights, 7 days, charters start at noon and end at noon, our daily rate is $2.500.00 for two guest and $170.00 per day for each additonal guest, maxium guest is 6.

Captain only charters are $12,000.00 per week, 7 nights 6 days or $2,000.00 per day, maxium of 6 guest. Guest are responsable for Fuel, oil, moorage, food and the preperation of the food as well a preparing food for the captain, the captain will assist in cleaning, food preperation, fishing and fish cleaning.
the boat will be full of fuel at the time of charter and the guest will pay the cost of filling the boat at the end of the charter or provide a credit card to charge the cost of filling the boat. arrangements can be made to provision the boat prior to the guest arrival with a list from the guest, a sur charge would apply.
