Surrounding Area

The cottage is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just 3 km from the beach and close to many attractions at the internacional level, such as the golf court of Valderrama Sotogrande Cortesín or the farm, home of the next championship World match play, the marinas of the Duquesa, Estepona, Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Malaga airport (89 Kms) and Gibraltar (43 Kms) and inland areas where you can find villages that still retain their Arabic charm with streets of narrow arches.
You can stay at rest and lie down to sunbathe by the pool or down to the beach located within 3 kilometres and enjoy a swim in the sea, aswell as a plate of fried fish in the typical beach bar.

If your choice is not simply to relax and enjoy the adventure , we can help you choose among a wide variety of activities such as hiking in Harley Davidson, drop by natural canyons, hiking, 4x4, rock climbing, paintball, balloon ride , caving, quad, sailing, sport fishing, whale watching, and more, all in the hand of professionals specializing in adventure sports in Andalusia.

Accommodations

There are two central courtyards, through which it distributes the house. In the first courtyard is located to service all units and from the coutyards leads to the second room, the dinning room and bedrooms. However there also two large porches and spacious gardens areas with swiming pool.
The cortijo has 7 rooms of which two are class suite. All are carefully decorated as equally as the rest of the house, furnished with antiques and curiosities, with high quality and comfort.

Amenities

Since we can prepare a private dinner or lunch, to organizing all kind of events and celebrations . For this we have an exclusive catering service led by Gonzalo Ramírez. The cottage has a spacious living room but if you wish to enjoy your outdoor event, there are two large patios and porches and spacious garden areas.

Services Offered

Within the price of rent, a full breakfast is included, which may be taken in the dining room or outdoors if weather permits. The menu will vary depending on the season but always includes coffee or tea, juice, fresh fruit and an unforgettable dish.

Catering services must be reserved in advance, and also the menus should be decided in general before coming to the house and any special meal or dish is desired must be requested in advance.

It is also included in the price of the cleaning service and linen change twice a week.

Satellite TV (Digital Plus), DVD, Internet access with a broadband wireless (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge 24 hours. Although there are no telephones in individual rooms, we do receive calls on their behalf, and send or receive faxes.

Restrictions

The minimum rental period is one week. The house must be vacated at 12.00 AM on departure day. Arrivals are between 4.00 PM and 7.00 PM. Please contact us if you can not adjust to these times. We offer discounts for rentals over one week.
The number of tenants is limited to 12 people. We also have a room reserved for visiting or resident service. Children from 3 years old are considered as tenants. Dogs are not allowed inside the house.

Reservations must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before arrival by a deposit of 25% of the rent.
