Why book a cramped room in an overpriced Midtown hotel, when you can stay uptown with double the space away from the hectic noise and traffic and yet be at all the hot spots within minutes?

I have 6 bedrooms available in a newly built split-level apartment in a central location, on a quiet residential street on 5th Avenue. A mere 7 blocks away from the famous 125th Street (5 mins walk way). Subway 2,3 train is only 2 min walk from the apartments.


All rooms have a strict non-smoking policy! But feel free to smoke outside.

Please note depending on double occupany there is a $10 extra charge per night per person from the third person.

Last but not least if you cancel a week before your check-in date there will be a 20% charge .


The world famous famous soul food restaurants Sylvia's and Amy Ruth's are within walking distance and there is a subway station (116th St) a 3 minute walk away which will have you in Times Sq in 10 mins (4 stops away) on the express train. In fact the apartment is situated in the perfect location to get you to other areas such as Canal Street, Greenwich Village and Soho.

There's also a huge supermarket and CVS pharmacy store 2 blocks away and an additional smaller pharmacy on the corner of the street. There are great Italian and Mexican restaurants within walking distance of the apartment too.

The apartment itself is immaculate, ROOM 1 is en-suite and ROOM 2 and 3 guests will share the bathroom. The spotless modern kitchen and living room is also shared. To be honest, both are barely used as everybody is out having far too much fun in this wonderful city that is New York to cook for themselves, but it's there if you feel like showing off your Gordon Ramsey skills!

ROOM 1 ($90 a night private 1 bedroom apartment) - This is a separate 1 bedroom apartment in itself with private entrance if you do not want to pass through the common area so the price is a steal!!!!

You will have a large double bedroom boasting a large double bed, huge wardrobe, ample drawer storage, TV, DVD player, VCR, free internet access in the form of a PC (and printer) PLUS a wireless connection. There are also 2 large sofas in the bedroom, which provide alternative seating or sleeping space.

A brand new air conditioning unit has recently been fitted to so no need to worry about stuffy summer night heat.

In ADDITION to this you also have a large adjoining room separated by lovely wooden patio-style doors, which has a dining table, coffee maker and large fridge freezer. In one corner there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience (washing detergent is supplied) and in the other corner is also another double bed - perfect if a group of 4 wish to book.

For groups larger than 4 people, an additional supplement cost of $10 a night will be charged for each extra person.

The newly fitted bathroom is spotless, with a large power shower and great lighting for that all-important make-up application in front of the mirror! Fresh, fluffy towels are provided.

ROOM 2 ($80 a night) - Bright twin bedroom with 2 double beds, cable TV, fresh bedding and towels provided.

You also have free wireless, cable TV and a large fridge freezer to store your fresh food, drinks or whatever you need to. Closet space is ample too.

ROOM 3 ($60 a night)

This double room is great for a single traveler or a couple. It comes complete with a comfortable brand new double bed, 2 separate wardrobes and large dresser.

There's also a fridge for all your refreshments, television and wireless Internet connection for your leisurely needs.

Again bedding and towels are provided.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attached with a separate toilet (obviously). Again, cleaned to a very high standard.

The kitchen comes complete with large fridge freezer, kettle, 4-hob oven and microwave.

All cutleries is provided as well as basic condiments such as ketchup, salt, sugar, cooking oil, butter, etc

The living room comes with TV, 3-piece suite, dining table, and overhead fan

Room #4 is a self-contained entire one-bedroom apartment for $100 a night it’s all yours; usually $140 per night so the price is a great deal in town!!!! It sleeps up to 6.

There is a queen size bed with fresh bedding, 1 large sofa, a full size futon, a full size airbed if needed, a huge wardrobe, cable TV, VCR, and most surprisingly free wireless Internet connection.
Air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom so no need to worry about the summer night heat.

The bathroom is fresh, with great lighting for that and Fresh, fluffy towels are provided.

It has a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes and many more goodies.

Room #5 is a spacious one bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony for only $90 per day; usually $120 per day so the price has been marked down for a short time; hurry and lock in your dates.

There is a large customized closet, a queen bed with fresh bedding, a full size futon incase you come as a group of 4. Depending on double occupancy there is an extra $10 per day from the third person.

There is also cable TV, 100% free wireless Internet access. An Air conditioner is fitted so no need to worry about this stuffy summer heat.

Room #6 is a private section in the living room with a double Decker, sleeps up to 4 people especially couples. It's only $40 per day per couple or bed. You share the kitchen and the bathroom. There is a fitted great cool air conditioner so no need to worry about the summer heat. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free wireless Internet connection.

My aim is to please and that all guests who stay in my apartment leave having had a great vacation and are eager to return when they next visit NYC. If you need anything, I'm just a phone call away and I pop in every day to clean the kitchen and bathrooms daily.

The MINIMUM stay is 5 nights.

For bookings of less than 5 days all I require is 20% (which is non-refundable) of the total cost of your stay, which is to be paid via www.paypal.com and sent to comfortstaynyc@gmail.com
(I DON'T accept cheques, bank transfers or money orders) to secure your booking.
The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.

Each room has 2 sets of keys, which you will be given on arrival and are to be returned on your departure date.

House keeping is done daily.

Check out time is 12pm on your departure date so I have enough time to prepare the room(s) for the next guests.
