If you are arriving to Koh Samui airport, you will transfer to Koh Phangan with the 'Haadrin Queen' boat. Plesae read the daily boat schedules, from Big Buddha pier:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
You can come to Koh Phangan by speed boat, from Koh Samui. It will cost about 800 bahts per person, and take only 15 minutes. This service is available all day till late in the evening. Ask the taxi driver at the airport.
