Directions

1. From airport Cape Town take N2 direction Somerset West.
2. Take turn-off Nr 43 Somerset West “Broadway Blvd –Stellenbosch”
( + - 27 km – 15 minutes)
3. Go in direction Strand on R 44 and follow for 2 km until third traffic lights.
(on your left hand side you will see Somerset Mall Shopping Centre)
4. On third traffic lights turn right in Beach Road ( left you see Strand Golf club) and follow for about 4 km ( see the beautiful Indian Ocean and beaches! ) until the fountain in the centre of Strand.
5. Turn around the fountain circle and continue to follow the beach road.
6. After about 1 km you see the Strand Beach Hotel on your left hand side and the road is leaving the beach and is turning to the left (you have no other choice).
7. Immediately after the turn you see on your right hand the development
“Greenways Strand Golf Estate on Sea”. Turn right into the estate.
8. Sign in at the security gate and you will see already the building
“EMERALD BAY” at the right.
9. Turn left and park your car on a visitor’s parking bay.
10. Go to block A, the third floor, apartment A301
