The Savaiian Hotel

The savaiian hotel is a family owned and run hotel which has been in operation for over 10 years. we are set in a small tranquil village called Lalomalava,on The island of Savaii and offer affordable accommodation not only to the budget traveller, but to those wanting to treat themselves- to some great scenary, food, and hospitality!! A Short ferry ride from Mulifanua wharf (on the main island of Upolu) will get you to our lovely island of Savaii.

Accomadation
We offer private comfortable accomadation in 10 self contained units. 4 are our Samoan Styled Bungalows. These are stand alone units which are built in the shape of a traditional samoan house. They are fully screened and each has a ceiling fan as well as en-suite bathroom and toilet. They contain one double bed and two single beds. Each has its own outside balcony where one can admire the lush green surroundings and cool sea breeze.


We also have 6 Airconditioned units for those willing to pay a little more for a haven from the heat.
These units are fully screened and have a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning.Each room contains a double and single bed each and has its own ensuite bathroom and toilet with hot water.You will find each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities, Fridge as well as optional mini kitchen facilites. Enjoy a cool drink on your own private patio amongst the lush tropical foliage. Most of our rooms boast a beautiful view of the seafront and our neighbouring islands and one will not forget the magnificent sunrises and glorious sunsets viewed right from your doorstep. The Hotel is set on the oceanfront with beautiful views of our neighbouring islands. Although we do not have a sandy beach, swimming, snorkelling and fishing is still a popular activity. We have a small collection of books for those avid readers, as well as a DVD player for hire with a small collection of DVDs. Our Restauarant offers local and international dishes, snacks and desserts. Our Bar has a delightful selection of beverages including cocktails for those who wish to just chill out on the deck!

Directions

The Savaiian Hotel is Located on the island of Savaii. The Ferry terminal on Upolu (the main island) is located at Mulifanua which has a regular bus service to and from Apia. A leisurely 1 hour ferry ride will deliver you to the shores of Salelologa, (terminal).We are located a leisurly 10 minute drive from the main ferry terminal, going eastward. Buses and taxis can be caught right from the ferry terminal and most buses will go past our hotel, so long as they are travelling north- simply mention lalomalava to the driver and they will let you know. the savaiian hotel are also happy to collect you from the ferry, if you let them know in advance .
