From the airport:

Take bus # 22 and it will take you to Areeiro, where you can take the green metro line up to Intendente

Intendente metro station (Igreja dos Anjos exit). From here, you can easily reach any site in the city, including the historical Bairro Alto with its wonderful cafes, discos and shops. You can also enjoy a sophisticated shopping spree in the Chiado quarter.

Due to its location on the Avenida Almirante Reis, you can reach the various parts of Lisbon by foot.
