we, the team of KIWI basecamp, want to welcome you to stay in our warm, comfortable and clean hostel in the heart of Christchurch. We will do our best to offer you the most memorable and relaxing experience in our laid back 2 storey villa.

Our friendly staff, all travellers at heart, seek to offer you the best possible service. We are happy to organise all your travel bookings and activities around Christchurch and the rest of New Zealand.


Our FREE SHUTTLE service guarantees that you won’t spend a cent to get to us and additional having a SHUTTLE SERVICE available to get around Christchurch. The free shuttle is operating daily between 8am and 8pm. When time and staff allows we are happy to do after hour pick ups as well. Please advise us in advance.

Directions

We offer you the FREE USE of our KIWI basecamp GUEST SHUTTLE. As long as time allows us to we are happy to pick you up and drop you off within the city centre. We offer this service daily between 8am and 8 pm.

We also offer a FREE AIRPORT PICK UP / DROP OFF. After arriving on Christchurch Airport, head to the Information Desk in the International Terminal and dial No. 04 at the hotel phone and we come and get you from there. The shuttle is operating daily between 8 am and 8pm. After hour pick up and drop offs possible if time and quantity of staff allows. In case you need to get picked up it would be always appreciated if you could get in touch prior to your arrival.

We are located on 2 busroutes and the stop to get off is called BEALEY AVE. Tell the busdriver to advise you were to get off in case you are new in town. You can take the bus route 10 between City Exchange and Harewood or the Airport route 29.

By car you can reach us easily as we are situated on Bealey Avenue, one of the main roads around the city centre.
