The Casale La Favorita is an ancient farmhouse located in the country side of Assisi, in Umbria, only 2 km far from Perugia Ryanair airport and 5 km from Assisi centre. Situated in an excellent position allowing a splendid panorama of Assisi and Mount Subasio, it is the ideal location to discover the beauty of Umbria, also known as the green heart of Italy, and all the wonderful historical towns of the area, as: Gubbio, Todi, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Montefalco and Orvieto.

The staff will be at your clients' disposal to organize them a lot of activities, as: guided tours; walking, bicycle or horse riding excursions; paragliding and in-flat cooking classes with a private English speaking chef.

The property has 9 apartments:
3 Deluxe Flats (2+2), located on the ground floor, consisting of: living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub and twin bedroom or double bedroom.

4 Suites (4+1), located on the 1st floor, consisting of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, twin bedroom or double bedroom, double bedroom for use as single on mezzanine floor, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
1 Deluxe Suite (2+2), located on the 1st floor, consisting of: living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, chimney place, bathroom with shower and double bedroom on mezzanine floor.

All the apartment are elegantly furnished and have wooden beamed ceilings and parquet or terracotta floor, and are fully equipped with: kitchen, bedroom & bathroom linen, hairdryers, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet connection (free) and TV.
