El Balcon

The Guest House is at the 3^ and last floor of a small mansion (no lift) situated in a perfect position among the best strategical areas of Alghero.
The old Catalan town is just 5 minutes walking, while the famous Lido of Alghero (5 kms of beautiful sandy beach) is 100 mts far from us; the supermarket, the chemist, pubs and pizzerias are just around the El Balcon guest house.
In the apartment there are 3 bed rooms (all finished and with air condictioner in each room), 1 of them own a private bath; kitchen; living room and a big and nice terrace where our guests can take a breakfast or sunbathe lay down in a deckchair.

Directions

from airport ' Coral Riviera', by means of a bus or a taxi, reach the famous promenade Barcelona and near the Luci del Golfo Restaurant go back to the Via Amsicora then turn right into Via Asfodelo; after 20 meters you will reach the building situated between Via Goceano and Via Asfodelo.
