Morning Bird Suite Hotel

The Morningbird Apartment Hotel is situated on the West coast of Dominica near the village of Mero. Only about a 20-30 minute drive from the capital city of Roseau, it is nestled on a hillside overlooking the peaceful, deep blue Caribbean Sea.

One of Dominica’s most beautiful “ black sand “ beaches in Mero , is only 3-5 minutes on foot from the hotel. At just about a 5 minute driving distance both North and South from the hotel you will find two of Dominica’s 365 refreshing rivers. The “Layou River” which is Dominica’s longest river, and the “ MacoucherieRiver” famous for its sugar cane rum.
The Complex consists of 4 levels, including the manager’s personal living area, five self contained apartments and on the first level a boutique, restaurant, and bar.


The apartments feature ultimate relaxation, privacy, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathrooms with both hot and cold water, fans, a telephone, radio, coloured television, and a private balcony with a panoramic view of the sea, waterfall, mountains and the surrounding countryside.
There are three (3) classes of accommodations ; STANDARD, SUPERIOR & DELUXE which are ideal for individuals, couples or families in search of a relaxing holiday in the nature isle of the Caribbean.

Directions

The Morning Bird Suite Hotel is located close to one of Dominica's most beautiful black sand beaches.It is just a five minutes walk to the beach.

Close to west coast highway (Portsmouth 40 min., Roseau 25 min., Melville Hall Airport 1 hour, Canefield Airport 20 min.). A good central location, convenient for exploring the entire island - nearby attractions include beaches at Macoucherie, Salisbury & Batalie.

Dominica has two airports, Melville Hall Airport on the north east coast and Canefield Airport on the south west coast, just to the north of the Capital, Roseau. Neither of these are international airports, though Melville Hall Airport has the longer runway and can accommodate medium sized planes.
