Apartment Klimentska in Prague is a luxury reconstructed one bedroom attic apartment,
in a newly renovated building situated at Klimentska Street, in the centre of Prague between the New Town and the Old Town.

LOCATION:
Right at the corner there is the famous St. Peters Church and the St. Peters Tower.
As the apartment is right in the centre of Prague so it takes only a few minutes by foot to visit many famous sights such as the Wenceslas Square, the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and National Theater.

The apartment Klimentska is also situated just a few steps from the Vltava river bank so you can make a romantic walks along the river and enjoy the wonderful view of the Prague Castle.


Just 5 minutes by walk from the apartment Klimentska is situated the new shopping centre Palladium, 3 minutes is the nearest tram, bus and metro station so it is very easy to travel all around Prague.

In the surrounding of the apartment Klimentska there is a lot of restaurants, bars, pubs, galleries and all this in the historical and charmimg atmosphere of Pragues centre.

Apartment Klimentska is a luxury and modern attic (one extra floor) apartment situated on the last fifth floor in a reconstructed building with lift.
Apartment has 70 m2 and is suitable for up to 4 adult + child (one extra bed possible).
Apartment towards the backyard so it offers very private and quiet accommodation.

Apartment Klimentska is furnished in modern style; combining cosy items to feel homely.
The reconstruction placed emphasis on the quality of materials and design, for example, beautiful wood floors, stylish Italian furniture, pleasant colors, many lights and high-tech equippment.

Apartments has a fully fitted kitchen
(containing glass-ceramic desks, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, dishes and cutlery), comfortable sitting and dining area with an sofa bed for 2 people and a digital plasma TV in the living area.

Air - conditioned bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180x200) and has its own spacious terrace with a wonderfull view of Prague.

There are two toilets and one spacious bathroom with the whirpool bathtub.

In the first floor, there is a kitchen and living area, WC and cloak room.
In the second floor, there is a bedroom with terrace and separate bathroom.

Other amenities include towels, bedding, hair dryer, luggage room, an own internal heating systems, security front door, home phone with camera.

Parking is available in the secure garages or guarded parking place.

Apartment is situated just a few meters from the metro station Florenc (line B/C), tram stations Florenc (tram numbers 8, 24 + night tram 52) and station Těšnov (tram numbers 3, 5 + night tram 56) and bus station Florenc (bus number 133 etc.).

Directions from the airport:
Bus number 100 from the airport to metro station Zlicin (line B) and from Zlicin to station Florenc (duration cca 45 minutes) or bus number 119 from the airport to endstation Dejvicka (metro station line A), from Dejvicka by metro to station Mustek and then change lines from A to line B and from Mustek (line B) to station Florenc (duration cca 40 minutes)

Directions from Prague Main train station:
It is just only one station by metro, from the station Hlavni Nadrazi to station Florenc (both line C).

Direction from Nadrazi Holesovice train station.
It is just only two stations by metro from the station Nadrazi Holesovice to station Florenc (both line C).

International bus station is situated right at the Florenc.
