*****Conditions and Terms for Cancellations *******

We only refund in case of cancel advised with minimum of 24 hrs in advance before the check in date in date. All cancels have to be made only by e mail, if not made, we will being charging 1 night stay in your credit card.

Cancellations for Carnival or New Year period has to be informed also with 24hrs in advance, before the check in date, if not we will charge one nigh stay in your credit card

Extensions of your stay are welcome, but according our availability at that time.

Our New Year package starts on the 28th or 29th of December 2009, it has a minimum 4 nights stay and it ends on the 1st or 2 of January 2010. You need to book the whole period, we do not accept bookings with check in or out between those dates , the prices are per day per person , in case of the private rooms , you will pay for the Room capacity, example in a triple private room you will pay for 3 persons , Example: if appears the price of R$170,00 this means that the room cost R$510,00 per day ( in the period of the New Year) and the guest will pay for the whole room ( 3 beds)

**********************Carnival***************************
Our Carnival package starts on the 12th of February 2010, it has a 6 nights minimum stay and it ends on the 18th of February 2010.You need to book the whole period, we do not accept bookings with check in or check out between those dates.

Even If the booking engine allows you to make bookings breaking into the package those bookings will not be valid and you may loose your deposit. Please make sure you book all the nights of the Package.

From the Galeão International Airport (GIG):

The best and easiest option is to take a taxi. Depending on the time, it should cost between R$40,00 - R$50,00.
Directions for Taxi: Simply show or tell the driver our street address in Copacabana and they will know where to go. We are between with Rua Siqueira Campos' and Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães near the Copa D'Or Hospital.

A cheaper option is the 'Real' bus. Walk out of the arrivals lounge, take a right past the waiting taxis and look out for the airport bus stop. It costs around 6 Reais & the driver speaks English. It goes along the main beach road of Copacabana - 'Avenida Atlantica. Ask to stop at 'Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães' (street name). Walk up this street ('Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães 3 block from the beach and a litlle bit before getting the Copa D'Or Hospital you will see on your right hand our street 'Rua Ministro Alfredo Valadão

From the Santos Dumont Domestic Airport (SDU):

The best and easiest option is to take a taxi. Depending on the time, it should cost between R$ 25,00 - R$ 35,00.
Directions for Taxi: Simply show or tell the driver our street address in Copacabana and they will know where to go. Ask to stop at 'Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães (street name). We are at 'Rua Ministro Alfredo Valadão near 'Figueiredo de Magalhães street, 3 block from the beach and a litlle bit before getting the Copa D'Or Hospital.

Again the best and easiest option is to take a radio taxi from just outside the bus station. You pay a fixed fee at the counter. It will cost about R$ 30,00 to get to Copacabana. Directions for taxi: Simply show or tell the driver our street address in Copacabana and they will know. We�re on the corner Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães a litlle bit before getting the Copa D'Or Hospital . Another option is to take the 'Real' Bus from in front of the bus station. It�s cheaper but takes much longer. It costs R$4,00 & the driver speaks English. Walk past the taxi rank just outside the station & wait for the bus at the side of the opposite road. They run every 15 minutes and will stop on the main beach road (Av. Atlantica Ask to stop at 'Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães (street name). Walk up this street (Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães ) 3 block from the beach and a litlle bit before getting the Copa D'Or Hospital you will see on your right hand our street 'Rua Ministro Alfredo Valadão

Alternatively, walk over to the other side of the station and walk across the road, past the taxis, and catch any bus to 'Copacabana', most of which run along 'Rua Barata Ribeiro'. Watch out for 'Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães on your right and get off there. You will walk up direction to Copa D'Or hospital our street is two blocks from there your will see by your right hand the a sign of our street 'Rua Ministro Alfredo Valadão
