The home is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, private setting with a beautiful forest view. A large deck overlooks the green belt area – a great place for kids to play.

Heidi’s home is loaded with amenities: satellite TV with DVD/VCR, recreation room with a ping-pong/pool table, and stereo set with input jack for your IPOD or laptop.

There is easy access to the Tahoe Rim Trail from either the greenbelt or a 5 minute drive.. The regional park is 15 minutes away by foot, with tennis courts, par course, horse shoes, baseball, volleyball, soccer and picnicking. There is also snow shoeing, X-country skiing, snow mobiling, and hiking, all this right outside the front door of this home.


You are only minutes away from golfing (at Kings Beach, Incline Village, Northstar, Tahoe City, and Truckee), shopping and your favorite restaurants. At the lake you will find swimming, rafting, boating and a place to launch boats, para-sailing, fishing and a lot more.
