Essence Demo Cuisine is a meat free restaurant that gets everyone involved with the food. We show our international guest about local products and present them in a non-traditional way. Our chef Isaac Weliver (The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago) prepares 3 gourmet vegetarian dishes not only in your presence but with your participation.
Example of demo cuisine thematic nights: Pappardelle from Scratch, Naan, Nampí-Gnocchi, Crêpes, Maki Rolls, “Cream of Method” for Soups, Dessert Flambé, Calzone, Sicilian style Eggplant Parmesan, Spring Rolls.

Directions

From La Fortuna: 3 Km after Tabacon Thermal Water, there's a police station on de right, take your left leaving the main road and pass the Arenal National Park, then turn left. Alter the bridge turn right and within 3 Km arrive to El Castillo village, take the left up to the Butterfly Farm, alter 1 Km see Essence Arenal on the right side of the road.
