Surrounding Area

Within 10 minutes of Wailele there are free tennis courts, baksetball, skate board park, surfing, over 8 golf courses and lots of shopping.

You can walk to Starbuck and groceris, you can walk to the library and you are directly on the ocean so surfing, swimming and snorkeling are all right at hand.

Some of the best restaurants on Maui are in the area. Wailea is 10 minutes by car and Makena just beyond that..

For adventure you can go to Haleakela, Lahina, Kapalua and Hana.

Maui has one of the best Flea Markets that has produce and crafts. Known as the "Maui Swap" Meet" it is held every Satruday and Sunday at the Maui Community College. It opens at 7 am so head on out for this great shopping experience.

Vacation Rental Property

Wailele has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bath. There is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. There is a small office which has an Internet connection, printer and fax machine.

The living room, dining and kitchen enjoy an open floor plan for fun family gatherings.

All along the ocean side of Wailele is a covered lanai which has chaise lounges, outdoor dining and a gas BBQ.

Wailele has a large yard with lime trees, flowers and a wonderful sandy beach.

Each TV has a DVD and one bedroom has a DVR for recording those favorite shows that you want to watch after the sun goes down.

Kitchen and bathrooms have corrian counters. The kitchen has a skylight, all the small appliance, including coffee grinder, rice cooker, etc.

Bathrooms have large showers but no bath tubs

Wailele is not a qaulified handicapped accommodation but there are no steps in the home.

Rates & Availability

Rate is $600 night, plus 11.42% tax for up to 6 guests all year EXCEPT the Christmas holiday when the rate is $750 night, plus tax.
5 night minimum stay, Christmas 14 nights requried unless it backs up to another booking.
Cleaning fee: $375

Security deposit: $1000 (refunded within 7 days if no damage or excessive cleaning or excessive laundry.

Other Information

Payment policy:
$1000 deposit at the time of confirmation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival EXCEPT Christmas and then due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: $500 cancel fee once funds are on account until 61 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made in the last 60 days unless I re-rent, then $500 cancel fee.

Trip cancellation insurance is available.
