Villa Radu is located between Predeal (15 minutes) and Brasov (7 minutes), in the area called Dambul Morii.

The location is great, the guesthouse is surrounded by mountains and forests with conifers offering every season, a show of magic colors.You wake up in the fragrance of pine cones and see the Piatra Mare and Postavarul Mountains. A view full of charm which, surely, you'll want to review.

At just a few tens of meters away, Timis river flows. Sufficiently far removed from noisy civilization, offers the possibility to enjoy more the peaceful, forest, sky and clear air.

Besides the beauties of nature, the environment particularly in terms of architectural, interior design with warm and generous spaces, Villa Radu is an ideal place for relaxing and pleasant holidays.


Through every season you can observe rare birds already in other parts of Europe. Black storks nest here, as well as night-jars, bee-eaters, kingfishers, wall-creepers, corncrakes, lesser spotted eagles, Ural owls and a large variety of other birds of prey.

You can make trips and hiking trails on forest roads (marked), eg to 7 Stairs Canyon, Bunloc lodge, Piatra Mare lodge, Cave of Ice, Tamina Waterfall. At a distance of 10 minutes you will experience great shopping centers such as Carrefour, Metro, Selgros, Kaufland. Also, at a distance of 5 minutes is a covered footbal field.

Villa Radu is the result of a beautiful collaboration between the owner and a very famous architect in Brasov - Architect Coman Elena. We fixed a lot of details, from architectural and interior design perspective to comfort perspective, trying to create a warm and welcoming ambient, all to make your vacation a more pleasant memory. Villa has been designed to satisfy all the demands as it is both functional and hospitable.

Vila consists of 3 levels comprising 4 rooms each with bathroom, a large living room, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, a hobby room with table tennis and power device, and a garage. In the yard is the barbecue, a basketball hoop and a large wooden rocker chair.
