The room amenities include granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans, cable TV, microwaves, dishwashers, etc. A credit card imprint will be required at check in for security deposit. There is an administrative fee and security deposit that will be collected during one's stay. Security deposits, minus unpaid fees will be refunded within 30 days of departure. The guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.
