	Cancellation Policy	Cancel 3 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights including tax. Reservations must be cancelled by 1200 three days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night plus tax. No show fee is 1 night plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holidays
