Located a short half block to the gondola, the Evergreen Townhomes in Steamboat Springs provide the perfect mountain escape. Guests can relax in the comfort of these deluxe townhomes that feature private decks, gas fireplaces, euro-style full service kitchens, washers and dryers, one-car private garage, and on-call shuttle service. Amenities of the property include a hot tub and a small outdoor heated pool. Each townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, an master bedroom with whirlpool bath, laundry facilities, fireplace, TV, DVD/ VCR, stereo, and private one-car garage. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
