The resort offers a full-service front desk and concierge, newly renovated meeting facilities, a plush computer lounge, fitness center, sauna, poolside patio with barbeque grills and heated indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. With the completion of Aspen Lodge comes an additional outdoor heated pool and two more hot tubs at the resort. In the summer, guests can enjoy the tennis courts as well. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
