The companys founders were Sokratis and Agathoklis Efthimiadis from Grevena.Having years of experience in merchandise the two brothers decided to broaden their activities in tourism.Being aware of the rapid development of incoming tourism in Thessaloniki the two brothers proceeded to the creation of the hotel. The name of the hotel was given in honor of their mother Amalia.Today the hotel is managed by the second generation of the family who continue to set high goals with the same commitment and devotion. AMALIA Hotel with its nine floors is the highest building of the center of Thessaloniki.It has 66 fully refurnished rooms with a/c furnished with good taste satellite TV bathroom radio safety box hair dryer telephone and internet.
