Dalyan is a picturesque town nestling sweetly and gloriously in a 38,500 hectare conservation area.


Hotel Caria is situated just metres from a magnificent river, from where you can take a river cruise to one of the most unspoilt beaches in the world. Iztuzu Beach is famous for the Loggerhead Turtles that visit every year.
It is so special that it was voted 'Best Beach 2006' by The Independent and also the 'Best Open Space (Europe) Category Winner' 2008 in The Times.


Despite being only a 20 minute drive away from the busy Dalaman International Airport, there are no package tours or high rise buildings in this firmly protected green belt area.

Directions

BUS / COACH
Take a bus/coach to the nearby city of ORTACA.

From Ortaca, either take a taxi or a cheap ‘dolmus’ minibus to DALYAN town centre.
(13km / 8 miles)

FROM DALYAN TOWN CENTRE
Buses arrive opposite a small, green leafy park and a mosque….

TAXI : If you have heavy luggage, take a taxi (= approx. 3 mins to Hotel Caria)

WALKING:
Take the path that leads along the riverbank.

Keep the river on your right: you will pass restaurants and a school playground.

Continue pass the school.

Take the next left into a side street, just before the river ends.

Hotel Caria is about 30 metres up the street on your right hand side.
