It is a nice and typical house with a patio from the XVI century in the old Jewish area of the city. Due to its location, you can walk everywhere: Alhambra, Cathedral, tea shops, restaurants, bars....

It has a down floor apartement with patio, two floors and terrace, all with an authentic taste of the past. The house is divided in 6 flats and 1 studio (2 downstairs, 3 on the first floor, and 2 on the second). In all of them you breath history and peace. There is a terrace on the second floor and another on the roof from where you can see the Sierra Nevada dressed in her white coat of eternal snows.

It's located in a walking zone (with a public parking at 20 metres) just behind the Townhall, close to the Navas street - famous for its tapas bars and restaurants-, at 5 min. from the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva Square – to take the busses to the Alhambra and guided visits of the city-. From the house you can walk all the centre and visit churches, commercial zones, movies and theatre, as it is located in the middle of the historic centre of the town
