A warm welcome and comfortable accommodation awaits you at our small family run Victorian guest house. A few minutes walk from Ayr railway station and the centre of Ayr with its bars, restaurants and good shopping. Prestwick Airport is 5 Miles.

We are close to golf courses and Ayr Race Course. Ideally situated for Burns Country, Culzean Castle and the Ayrshire coast, Private parking. Two rooms are on the ground floor for easy access. All rooms have en-suite with hospitality tray, colour TV and hair dryer. Fax and internet facilities are available.
Enjoy a traditional Scottish or Continental breakfast in our comfortable dining room.

If you are leaving before 7 in the morning we will supply you with a take away picnic breakfast.
Rooms are available from 3.30pm or earlier by arrangement

Late arrivals are very welcome but if you expect to arrive after 9.30pm please let us know your expected arrival time

BY CAR

From Prestwick Airport
Prestwick Airport is 10 minutes by road. From the airport, turn left at the airport exit follow the signs for Ayr (A79) through Prestwick. Straight through 2 roundabouts, at the 3rd roundabout at Ayr College take the 3rd exit then over the River Ayr. At the next double roundabout (by Ayr Station) take the 2nd t exit at the 1st part then 1st exit at the second part into Castlehill Road. Leslie Anne Guest House is just past the pedestrian crossing opposite Morrison’s Super Market.

From Glasgow
Follow the A77 South. Take the second turn off for Ayr onto the A70 into Holmston Road. At the double roundabout ( Opposite the Station Hotel) take the 1st exit at both parts of the roundabout into Castlehill Road. Leslie Anne Guest House is just past the pedestrian crossing opposite Morrison’s Super Market.

From Stranraer
Follow the A77 north. At the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Ayr (A713) into Castlehill Road . Go through the 1st roundabout . At the second roundabout (Morrison’s supermarket) take the second exit. Leslie Anne Guest House is 100 metres on the right hand side

From England
From the M6 continue onto the M74. Exit at junction 12 and take the A70 for Ayr (approx 40 miles). At the A77 roundabout on the edge of Ayr take the 2nd exit into Holmston Road. At the double roundabout ( Opposite the Station Hotel) take the 1st exit at both parts of the roundabout into Castlehill Road. Leslie Anne Guest House is just past the pedestrian crossing opposite Morrison’s Super Market.
