La casa di Campagna… 12 hectares of Poetry… !!!La 'casa di campagna' is perched on the slopes of the Apennines

between Umbria and Marche, in a vast area of rolling hills, 360 meters above sea level.
Accommodation is organized among the main house and the ancient barns, which have been restructured using local materials and strictly following the local traditional style. The compound consists in a total of 8 units of different sizes, each with independent entrance. The entrance for each apartment is on the ground floor, as the buildings have been constructed following the slopes. The apartments overlook the large yard of the house and create a frame to the surrounding environment, characterized by ancient oak trees, ornelli, elders and many fruit trees.


Everything is designed to allow you to live in contact with an uncontaminated nature, in a place that is among the most evocative of central Italy.
We will be pleased to suggest or organize excursions, horseback riding and cycling, hiking or other exciting outdoor activities such as paragliding, ultra light flight, rafting etc..
And then when evening comes… it's nice to sit around a table tasting the typical products of the countryside: delicious cold cuts, salami, sausages, a rich variety of cheeses, the exclusive Verdicchio wine, honey, jams and preserves.
The Country House is available for private parties, weddings, buffets. The management will be glad to support you in the organization of your event.
The Country House is located 2 km away from Fabriano, in an area of high historical value and cultural as well as natural wonders: forests, monasteries, early medieval churches and abbeys, fortresses and castles, museums of rural tradition.
Only 6 km away you’ll find the wonderful Frasassi caves, discovered in 1971 (… and known since then as the most important European speleological site!), or just few km away you can visit the Umbria region, with its infamous historical sites of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, while if you fancy a trip to the Adriatic coast you can visit the romantic beauties of Numana, Sirolo, Portonuovo, Conero.

The Country House is located in Bassano (AN), 2 km away from Fabriano.

DIRECTIONS:
From Rome: take the A1 Motorway and exit at Orte. Enter the Freeway to Fano, once you pass Fossato di Vico take the diversion to Fabriano and exit at Fabriano Ovest. At the second traffic light turn right into Via Serraloggia, after about 2 km turn left towards Bassano and about 600 mt ahead on the left you’ll find the entrance of La Casa di Campagna.
From Ancona: take the Freeway 76 to Rome and exit at Fabriano East. At the third traffic light turn left, at the next traffic light turn left again into Via Serraloggia. After about 2 km turn left towards Bassano and about 600 mt ahead on the left you’ll find the entrance of La Casa di Campagna.


Fabriano train station: 3 km.
Closer airports: Ancona Falconara (50 km) and Perugia S. Egidio (60 km). Transfer con be provided on request.
