Our property is located in an historical building right down the street from the main train station La Spezia Centrale,perfect to visit the beautiful Cinque Terre,only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants, bars ,pubs,museums and the main shopping area,just at the beginning af the pedestrian area.Internet Access and laundry just accross the street!

Bus stop is on the next street which take all over La Spezia and the bay area (Lerici Tellaro PORTOVENERE SARZANA) The boat tour to Cinque Terre, Portofino ,Palmaria Isle,also leaves from the marina,only 10 minutes stroll along the pedestrian malls. We have four rooms all ensuite just renovated with new forniture, new bathrooms and great beds AC ,TV,fridge, hair dryer. A tasteful decoration that make it a home away from home! To give you more comfort all the rooms have double glazing to avoid any noise coming from the street.By train is only a short ride to Cinque Terre (about 10 minutes).To Pisa about an hour, Florence less than two hours and to Rome only four hours.

TO find our house is particulary easy!Walk right down the street from the train station and find VIA PALEOCAPA 4 ,it is only 2 minutes walk , ring FAZIOLI ORLANDI:We are just next HOTEL VENEZIA,please note check in till 10 pm, ,PLEASE CALL ONE HOUR before your arring and if you are late give a call as well or you'll be LOCK OUT!!
