Come and visit our NEW Backpacker’s Hostel, recently opened in December 2008, which offers spacious and restored single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, decorated in a colorful and welcoming Chilean Altiplano style.

Managed by the owner Gonzalo, a 'porteño', we will strive to make you feel at home in this newly refurbished 19th century building while having fun making new friends in the intimate atmosphere of this lovely hostel.

We are located in the heart of Valpariaso´s 'UNESCO world heritage site' historic old quarter, a short walk up the hill from the Bellavista street, in proximity to the countless tourist attractions including museums, markets and the colonial architecture that makes Valparaiso famous.


Everything you may be looking for is only a short walk or drive away. Easily accessible are the abundance of bars, pubs, restaurants and discos that will make your stay a fun as well as cultural experience.

Directions

We are located in the heart of the historic city of Valparaiso, at 316 Guillermo Rivera St.

BY BUS: Walk out of the terminal through the back exit on Chacabuco st. Take the 607 bus South towards the port. The bus costs $280 chilean pesos. The bus will go about 10 blocks before heading up the hill on Avenida Ecuador. After 250 metres you will see a big yellow building (click on link below for photo) on the corner. Get off the bus right outside our door!

ON FOOT: From the bus terminal walk out the main gate and take a right onto Pedro Montt. Walk for about 10 blocks until Pedro Montt dead ends into the Plaza Victoria. Follow the left hand side of the square and continue down Condell. Walk for about 3 blocks until you get to Avenida Ecuador. Take a left up Ecuador and go up the hill. Stay to the right at the three way fork where the taxis and shops are. We are on the corner three blocks up the hill right in front of you!
