Nomad Búzios Seashore Hostel

Inaugurated in January of 2009, the Nomad Seashore Hostel is located in Buzios, a small city in Rio de Janeiro's state, Brazil. In its unique shape, Nomad, is the only hostel in Buzios situated between the city´s main street (Rua das Pedras) and the ocean with a private passage to the beach.

Buzios is known for its amazing beaches and exciting nightlife. A place with such democratic, cosmopolitan and young vibes needed a hostel in its best location. So we've created the Nomad. The hostel entrance is located at Rua das Pedras, which is the city's most famous street. Rua das Pedras has lots of options for those who want to enjoy Buzios' restaurants, nightclubs and fashion stores. Nomad has also an exclusive exit to Canto beach.


The Nomad has four to ten-persons dorms and also private suites for one or two guests. Every room has air conditioning and bathroom. The shared rooms have lockers for luggage storage and you also can ask for flat iron if you need. All of the hostel's rooms have frontal or side view to the beach. The hostel offers free wireless, two computers with internet access, books and magazines. The hostel also has a TV lounge and a complete kitchen, including a barbecue area. In the hostel's facilities you’ll also find a bar in front of the ocean, in which we serve our breakfast in the mornings and party the rest of the day. When you arrive at the Nomad, you'll receive bed sheets and a bath towel. In case you need, you can ask for more sheets, blankets, bath towels or beach towels, but we will charge you a small fee for that. We also can help you with all kinds of activities in Buzios: surfing, diving, sailing, kitesurfing, fishing, wakeboard, boat tours, city tours, bicycle, car, buggy and scooter hiring and everything else you need.
The Nomad check-in time is from 1 PM to 4 PM and the check-out is until 12 PM. To stay at the hostel you must be over 18 years old.

Directions

If you come by intermunicipal bus: go to the last stop at city center in Usina Velha St. The hostel is 460m from there, 8 min walking. Go down Manuel de Carvalho St till Av Bento Ribeiro Dantas ( Known as Rua das Pedras )
