This gorgeous 4,000 sq. ft home rests on 2 acres of uninterrupted quiet tranquility over looking the Waianae Mountains and is located about 300 yards away from a lovely sandy beach on Oahu’s legendary North Shore.This large home is located in the small town of Mokuleia just minutes away from the historic Haleiwa town.

The home includes four formal bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an enormous living room area with adjoining kitchen and recreation room (where additional bedding can be provided upon request), a fully equipped kitchen, as well as, a Jacuzzi in the back yard.

Our home is designed to be comfortable and spacious. Each of the bedrooms include a queen size bed, closet, dresser, and nightstands. All bedrooms are conveniently located close to a full bathroom.

The master suite includes a king size bed, breakfast area, satellite television (with over 100 channels and 100 hour recordable DVR), and a full private bath.

There is a large family room next to a fully equipped kitchen which boasts lovely views of the back yard and Jacuzzi area. An additional spacious living area adjacent to the family room can accommodate extra people if necessary.

Restrictions

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please do not move or attempt to alter the satellite TV’s. This will interfere with the satellite and cause them not to function. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 7:00am. Please be courteous to neighbors by keeping the noise level low during these hours.

Rates & Availability

Low Season: Apr 1 - Jun 15 and Sept 1 - Dec 20

$395 per night plus tax
High Season: Jun 15 - Aug 31 and Dec 21 - Mar 31
$445 per night plus tax
These rates are based on groups of 8 persons or less. There is a $15 charge per night per each additional person. The home has a maximum occupancy of 14 persons.
In addition, there is a one time $200 cleaning fee.

Other Information

Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 10am.

To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% must be received within 10 days of the booking date. (Booking date is considered the day one arranges the dates and times of the reservation)
The remaining balance is due upon arrival.


All payments are in US funds by either credit card, personal check , cashier’s check, money order, cash or wire transfer

Full Refund: A full refund of all monies paid is given if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Partial Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
No Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation date there will be no refunds and Aloha Beach Vacation Rentals and/or it’s representatives or agents reserve the right to collect any unpaid balance.

Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. We will provide an itemized list of costs of replacement and/or labor for these items and reserve the right to charge the amount to their creditcard on file.
