Cancellation policy

We will accept cancellation or modification on the accommodation terms without penalty until 11 pm. of 2 day before arrival, otherwise we will debit you the amount of the first night for each reserved room + the 6% of bank commission.

Once you have occupied your room, in case of anticipated departure, the Hotel will anyway charge the amount of the whole stay.

The credit card is just a guarantee. We accept payment in cash (dollars, euro and tanzanian shillings) or by VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards (+ 6% commissions)

Check in 12 a.m. and check out 11 a.m.

Directions

To arrive at Twisted Palms you have to take the street to Paje and than follow the indication to Bwejuu. After the Bwejuu Village, more or less 4 km, you will find the sign for Twisted Palms on the principal street.
