Alvarez Apartments

Cosy and bright apartment located in the heart of Málaga city centre (historic area) and close to the main attractions of the city.
The apartment comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room (sofa bed double size), bathroom and one bedroom (double bed).
All facilities are included (WI-FI Internet Connection, Air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD Player, etc...)

The balance has to be paid only by cash - in the apartment on arrival. We do not have credit card facilioties in the apartment.

Directions

Alvarez apartment is located in 'Alvarez Street', please check central location on web, we are just by Carreteria Street, one of the most famous street in town, car is not neccesary as everything in city (Picasso Museum, Cervantes Theatre, Cathedral, Larios Street, etc...) are very close to the apartment and no more than 5 minutes walking.
Also, beach La Malagueta is 1300 metres far from the apartment.


Apartment “Alvarez” is situated in a restored house (January 2008) of an old typical andalusian house of 1910.

HOW TO GET THERE.

Looking for Carreteria Street (one of the most famous in city) and by the middle of this street (after Museo del Vino “Museum of Wine”), on the left, keep your attention looking for Gigantes Street, which is exactly the beginning of Alvarez St (same street changing its name from Gigantes to Alvarez).
If you are getting there by car or taxi, as Gigantes St. is pedestrian, you must continue by Carreteria Street next one, and turn left by a Unicaja Bank (Green Building), just keep going and you will get Alvarez St
