Prado Apartments

These are 15 brand new apartments, all located in a newly refurbished building situated in a very central area of Madrid. There 10 two bedroom apartments and five with one bedroom, all of them have a lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a double sofa bed in all the living rooms. The two bedroom apartments sleep up to six and the one bedroom up to four in total.

These apartments is ideally located for art lovers as the famous El Prado museum is located just five minutes from you door. You will find one of the most comprehensive collections of Art here, like paintings, sculptures and other forms of art such as jewellery dated 6th - 19th century. Here you also have the biggest green space in the whole of Madrid, the famous Parque del Retiro. This is where the Madrilenians like to while away their summer days, taking a stroll, sunbathing or simply socialising in the sunshine.



This is a very pleasant area in which to spend the day. Also in around 15 minutes you can get to Puerta de Sol, the Sun Gate which was one of the original gates that surrounded Madrid in the 15th century. This is the very heart of Madrid and the Iberic Peninsula itself, being the Metropolis’s busiest and most popular area’s for site-seeing as there is a large bright square which sometimes contains a market. This area is very lively with many shops bars and restaurants. The apartments are ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. Bigger groups can me accommodated in two or more apartments if necessary.

- Please, remember to call +34 619 172 402 an hour before your arrival at the apartment.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 euro/person
- Arrivals between 21:00 - 2:00 will be charged an extra 35 euro, after 2:00 - check-in only upon earlier arrangements.

Metro:
Alternatively via the metro, take Line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to Line 10 ( dark blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal and now change to line 1 (light blue) and head in the direction of Congosto finally you must get off at the Anton Martin station. Choose the Amor de dios exit once out of the metro station take C/Moratin and go straight and the third street to your left will be C/ Costanilla de los Desamparados, number 4 is located on the left.


From Atocha RENFE

Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of Plaza de Castilla and get off at Metro Anton Martin. Take the Amor de dios exit once out of the metro station take C/Moratin and go straight and the third street to your left will be C/ Costanilla de los Desamparados, number 4 is located on the left.

From Chamartin

Take Metro Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal and now change to line 1 (light blue) and head in the direction of Congosto finally you must get off at the Anton Martin station. Choose the Amor de dios exit once out of the metro station take C/Moratin and go straight and the third street to your left will be C/ Costanilla de los Desamparados, number 4 is located on the left.
