The apartment´s size is 25 sq and is consists of:
- one double bed (140x200cm) on the attic
- a kitchen with all necessary utensils as well as electric oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster,...and table for two.
- sofa-bedstand in a kitchen with cable TV and DVD player
- the bathroom contains a shower, a basin, a toilet and washing machine
- apartment is air-conditioned or heated
- linen and towels are included.

The apartment´s location is on the third floor in a private house in the quiet part of Piran. It can accommodate up to two persons. Very pleasant or suitable for students or younger couples.

Please note:
- Check in time must be arranged directly with the owner by phone at least 1 hour before your arrival.
- Upon your arrival payment is by cash only.

- Parking is payable and it is 15 minutes walking distance away
